At Ozlinc our people are key to our success. Ozlinc have developed a highly experienced operational team of personnel led by an equally experienced executive management team. A non-executive board presides over the company providing guidance and corporate oversight.

David Kaestner

CHAIRMAN

David has been involved in the construction industry for most of his career working at a senior level with major international companies. David is now primarily engaged in the acquisition, restructuring and management of businesses using his strategic leadership and management experience to help re-position them for success. David is a founder member of Ascende Capital and has completed the Owner Presidents Managers course at Harvard Business School.

Andrew Holborn

FINANCE DIRECTOR & COMPANY SECRETARY

Andrew is responsible for the financial control and corporate governance of the business. He has 30 years experience in commercial and financial management primarily in the engineering and construction industries. He is a founder member of Ascende Capital and latterly his focus has been on the acquisition and professionalization of SMEs in that sector including Ark Group (acquired by the listed Calibre Group) and SWG (acquired by the listed Programmed Maintenance Group). Andrew is a graduate of UWA and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia

Scott Anderson

DIRECTOR

Scott holds a BSC in Mechanical Engineering and started his career working in the offshore construction industry moving from project engineering roles to executive operations management positions and working with various companies both in Australia and internationally. In the last 10 years Scott has been primarily engaged in the acquisition, restructuring and management of a number of different businesses using his experience to help re-position organisations to ensure sustainable growth and ultimately ongoing success. Scott holds an Engineering Degree from the University of Strathclyde, an MBA from the University of Western Australia and has completed the Owner, Presidents, Managers course at Harvard Business School.

Ross Hicks

DIRECTOR

Ross Hicks, Ozlinc’s founder, is currently serving as a director on the Ozlinc board. Ross brings a long and credible history in the Pipe, valves and fittings market, where he has serviced, Industrial, Marine, Mining and Oil & gas clients over the last 40 years. Ross is an entrepreneur who started Couplers Industries and developed the successful Swan Valves brand in the mid 1980’s before the business was rebranded as Ozlinc in 2014.

EXECUTIVE TEAM

Robert Carrabba

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Robert joined the Ozlinc team in January 2017, and brings with him 30 years of experience within the piping products supply and distribution industry, he is an accomplished leader, having held senior positions with a variety of recognised companies within the industry. His business management and leadership skills will ensure that Ozlinc re-position themselves for ongoing growth and success. Additionally Robert’s, knowledge of local and international supply chains, coupled with his proven experience, enables Ozlinc to broaden the scope of our piping products supply and offer a higher level of technical support and compliance for the Oil and Gas, Power and Mining Industries.

Richard Cook

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Richard has been part of the Ozlinc team since 2013. Originally employed as General Manager Richard now serves as Chief Operations Officer in charge of all operational aspects of the company. With his extensive network of supply contacts throughout Asia Richard has key responsibility for purchasing inventory of over 3000 different products. Richard is heavily involved in sales at both the internal and project level in the bidding of large scale construction piping packages.

Russell Walton

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Russell joined the Ozlinc team in February 2017, and has 20 years experience within the Piping products industry covering the Mining, Power Generation and Oil & Gas sectors industries. His proven success and knowledge in business development throughout Australia and South East Asia, is based on working closely with Owners, Operators and EPC Contractors on major projects and maintenance activity ensuring a high level of service and technical support. Russels experience and skills sets enables Ozlinc to provide service from the early FEED stage through to construction, operations and maintenance.

Liz Winter

QHSE MANAGER

Liz joined the Ozlinc team in February 2017 and brings with her 14 years experience within a variety of senior roles encompassing Quality Management and Senior Project Management. Her experiences under the realm of Quality management has encompassed Safety and Environmental, giving her the ability and understanding of how to create programs to transform safety culture, develop management systems and continuous improvement frameworks. Additionally, she has a sound knowledge of piping products, technical criteria’s related to these products and additionally an extensive business systems understanding. Her experience, knowledge and reputation enables Ozlinc to provide a high level of service and professionalism with respect to business practices and quality of supply.
